Something for Everyone

There’s something for YOU every Wednesday evening at RHBC! Sounds of handbells and chimes begin to ring out at 5:00 p.m. for children in the choir suite. At 5:20 p.m. everyone gathers in the fellowship hall for a dinner catered by our cafeteria staff. Following dinner, parents of young children focus on faith in film at 6:00 p.m., while other adults study the Bible with the pastor. Morning worship begins at 10:30 in the sanctuary each Sunday morning. But, you’ll want to be in the sanctuary early to greet folks you already know and/or make new friends who are joining us for worship for the first time. Advent…the Coming! As Christians, we are eagerly anticipating the coming of Jesus Christ at Christmas! To prepare spiritually we symbolize the sanctity of this season through a succession of four Advent worship services beginning this year on Sunday, November 29, 2020. At the heart of each of these services is an element of the Advent Wreath. A bed of evergreen branches, a circular wreath, symbolizes the eternity of God.
