Special Activities & Events

Special events for our children are held throughout the year, some are designed for our preschoolers, others for gradeschoolers, and some for both.

Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt — Come color eggs, play games and then make a mad dash for the eggs scattered on the playground and lawn!  This event is held the Saturday before Easter and is open to children ages 10 and under.

Children’s Sunday — Held in the spring, Children’s Sunday is a worship service led by the children with the message delivered by Minister to Children, Cathy Harris.

Passport Kidsa 4 day, 3 night camp sponsored by CBF where 3rd through 6th graders can have the large group camp experience as well as work on hands-on missions.  (June 21-24, 2012)

Camp R.O.C.K. – our school age camp for students who have completed K-4th grade. High energy and full of challenges/pranks and silly songs designed for students and their friends. Scheduled for 4 evenings in July. (July 8-11, 2012)

Camp Sonshine — our preschool camp for 3-5 year olds similar to a mini-VBS. Camp is 3 night for an hour and a half and is typically held in July.  Each year we have a theme such as western, safari or mexican. (July 29-31, 2012)
